‘nothing penetrates the institutional mind’, ‘To get the ball rolling – i propose the motion that nothing penetrates the institutional mind. I.e the institutional mind is impenetrable. Maybe this is it\’s function – to protect the instituted
from perceiving the unfathomable chaos that is the ‘objective’ world.
