Recently they stopped supporting IE6 because of its vulnerability to hackers and such. Microsoft condescended to do a security upgrade ahead of their monthly yawn (they call it something else, but what the hell). Most real world operating systems do security patches daily.

a report on BBC news says that these are currently the riskiest countries for malware spyware and similar risks.
cmaeroon (.cm) is a particular problem because it is easily mistaken for or mis-typed in place of .com.
